  Overtake - CMS/Online Shop service

  We designed a product for our customers so they can build their own website and online shop, for as little as €20/month. It's called Overtake and we have over 80 customers using it. It's still in private beta, email us if you're interested

  My Live Dojo - Learn martial arts online

  Kablingy and Golden Tiger Academy are developing an online tool that allows martial artists to sell video lessons to students

  Bounce Online - Online Bouncy Castle Directory

  This is an online directory of bouncy castle suppliers. Suppliers can purchase and build a website/CMS for a small fee per month.

• 

  Meath CEB - Consultancy for Meath Country Enterprise Board

  Kablingy regularly consults with Meath CEB. We assist them with their email/sms campaigns and are currently developing a web application for them.

  Contrast - Rails consultancy

  Kablingy started the development phase of My Project Tracker for Contrast. Technologies: Rails, MySql, Linux, JQuery.

  Comics Alive - Online language learning

  We designed this custom web application for Comics Alive, to manage how Japanese students learn English, through the inspiring use of graphic novels

  Alphalingo - Online language learning tool for Irish schools

  Kablingy was involved in all stages of the development of the product. We ran workshops, built a domain model, worked with the Alphalingo visual designer, designed screen wireframes, implemented, tested, and deployed this product. Technologies: Rails, Mysql, Gnu/Linux & Flash.

  This bespoke application manages clients, tracks cashflow and produces Excel reports for the civil engineering sector.

  Kablingy supply Irish based company Red Tiger with Rails based software. Red Tiger provides small/medium sized businesses with CMSs and online shops at affordable prices. (Rails, MySql, & Linux)

  Kablingy built the technology for CVCafe.com. The site offers CV & Job advice and allows users to build a professional CV in minutes.

  DLS Partners - Tax & Accounting Services, Dublin 2

  We revamped DLS's website to include a blog and news about Tax and Accountancy in Ireland. Running on our Overtake CMS. Built on Rails, MySQL & Linux.

What happens when we work with you?

• We'll meet with you for a software workshop.
• Together, we discover information about your target market, the users of your project and how you can make money quickly from your software. We help to identify your real requirements.
• From this, we design screens to meet those requirements, and you'll get an estimate for the project.
• When development starts, you'll get small chunks of your software delivered weekly, or quite often, daily.
• You can keep adding to your software over time as you get a return on investment from it.

The 'techie' parts:

• We pride ourselves on using understandable, approachable language with our clients.
• If you are technically inclined, we favour productive tools like Ruby, Rails, TextMate, MySQL, Selenium, Git, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and Basecamp. We also happily use low tech tools such as index cards, big visible charts, whiteboards, and Mind Maps.
• We borrow techniques from XP, Interaction Design, Domain Driven Design, and Competitive Engineering.
• We adhere to the values and principles of Agile software development

Sinéad Nulty:

With over 11 years software design experience, Sinéad has worked with Microsoft, IONA Technologies, Exoftware and 3Q Solutions. She has designed software for middleware administration, financial analysis, and wealth management.

Sinéad is responsible for design, marketing and new business at Kablingy Software.

Sinéad graduated from DCU, Ireland with a Bsc. in Applied Computational Linguistics.

Steve Quinlan:

Steve has over 12 years experience in the software development industry. He has been an advocate and practitioner of Agile software development since 2001 and has worked on XP projects in IBM, Vivendi Universal, Exoftware and 3Q Solutions.

At Kablingy, Steve turns ideas into valuable software products.

Steve graduated from DCU, Ireland with a 1.1 Bsc. in Computer Applications.
